Shipping and returns

This policy applies to iHot units and kits bought through our online shop. Trade and wholesale orders are covered by our Trade Terms.

Shipping

  • Orders ship from Brisbane, Queensland, to anywhere in Australia.
  • Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
  • Kits with panels and 4.7 m mounting rails are quoted for freight to your address. We'll contact you with the cost before dispatch, and if you don't accept it we'll refund your order in full. You can also pick up kits free from our Wynnum warehouse.
  • Check your order when it arrives. If the box or unit is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.

Change of mind returns

  • You can return an iHot unit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • The unit must be unused, not installed, and in its original packaging with all parts, manuals and installation materials.
  • You pay the cost of return shipping.
  • We refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving and checking the unit.
  • Once a unit has been installed, we can't accept it as a change of mind return.
  • Change of mind returns apply to the iHot unit sold on its own. They don't apply to kits with panels and mounting rails.

Faulty or damaged units

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

On top of these rights, the iHot unit comes with a 5-year warranty. If your unit is faulty or arrives damaged, we'll repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return shipping. See our warranty for details.

How to start a return

Call us on (07) 3186 6837 or use our contact page. Tell us your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send a unit back without contacting us first.
